  • Ensure guest safety and compliance with local laws

6.Vendor & Third-Party Services

Shalom Concepts may engage third-party vendors (e.g., catering, AV, venues).

  • We are not liable for failures or delays caused by third-party providers.

Any disputes with vendors may need to be resolved directly with them unless contracted through us.

7.Intellectual Property
